If you want something unique – with custom dimensions, colors, engraving, or even a piece based entirely on your own idea – you are in the right place. Here I explain how to place a personalized or fully custom order.
What personalization means?
Personalization is when I take an existing model (wallet, case, belt, etc.) and adapt it specifically for you. This can include a different leather or thread color, initials, engraving, extra pockets, or a different belt length. The base design stays the same, but in the details the piece is made especially for you.
- For example, a standard wallet, but in another color, with your initials and an additional card compartment.
What a fully custom order is?
A fully custom order means that the piece is created from scratch for your specific needs. Together we define the shape, dimensions, functionality, leather, and hardware. I prepare a sketch/technical drawing and, if needed, a prototype, and only after your approval I start the actual production. In the end, you receive a one‑of‑a‑kind item that nobody else has.
- For example, a non‑standard bag tailored to your laptop and documents, a tool organizer, or a special case for your equipment.
How to place this kind of order?
- Send me a message on WhatsApp or Telegram using the buttons below.
- Describe what you are looking for: type of item, approximate dimensions, color, budget, and timeline. You can attach reference photos or your own sketch.
- I will suggest options (leather, hardware, construction), clarify details, and give you an approximate price and production time.
- Once we agree on all the details and the price, I start working and keep you updated throughout the process (photos of the making, approval of key stages).
- You cannot place this type of order directly through the website – all discussion and confirmation happens in personal messages so that we can consider every detail.
Timing and pricing
The price of personalized and fully custom pieces is calculated individually for each project – it depends on the complexity, size, chosen leather, and hardware. Average production time ranges from several days to a few weeks, depending on my workload and the complexity of your order. Before I start, I always share an estimated price and time frame, and we confirm everything together.
If you have a specific deadline (for example, a gift date), please mention it right away.
Returns & exchanges for custom items
Please note that all personalized and fully custom items (with custom dimensions, engraving, initials, or any other made‑to‑measure modifications based on your request) are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or obvious fault on my side. In such cases, we will always find a solution – repair, adjustment, or replacement, depending on the situation.
