My Story

From first interest in leather in 2024 to a growing handmade brand in Germany.

My name is Yaroslav Kyrylchuk, and the Kyrylchuk brand was born in 2025 from a simple desire – to turn a quiet, personal passion into something real and lasting.

I first became interested in leather in 2024. At that time, it was simply curiosity and a desire to try myself in a new material.

I created this brand for people who prefer not more things, but better ones – pieces meant to be used for a long time, to age beautifully, and to stay with their owner for years.

Where It Started

Working with leather did not begin as a business for me. It started with the first pieces of leather, the first uneven stitches, and the first items made by hand.

Back then, I had no workshop, no expensive tools, and no clear idea of where this path would lead – only interest, patience, and the desire to create something real with my own hands.

The Beginning Was Not Easy

I am originally from Ukraine, and in the beginning I simply did not have the opportunity to start in an ideal way. Every tool and every piece of leather required investment and became a separate decision.

This path was filled with doubt, fatigue, and constant inner choices – whether to continue or stop, whether to take the risk or step back.

Support That Stayed With Me

Throughout this journey, my wife Vera was always by my side. She believed in me even when things were not easy.

There were no big speeches or pressure – just her presence, support, and trust. Her faith became the foundation on which everything still stands today.

How The Craft Grew

Over time, my passion began to take a clearer shape. My hands became more confident, my work more precise, and my understanding of what I wanted to create grew stronger.

I began making leather bags, wallets, cardholders, and accessories, with attention to clean construction, honest materials, and simple, functional design.

Into every piece, I put not only time and effort, but also a part of my own path and character.

Today

Today, Kyrylchuk is growing in Germany, but its roots lie in the path I walked step by step.

This is a brand about honest handmade work, patience, faith in one’s craft, and the belief that even in difficult circumstances, something truly valuable and meaningful can be created.
